Must Eat Foods For Your Dream Booty

Most of us (including me) have been on this quest for a long, long time now. We’ve all dreamed of having a little more flesh to our buttocks and envied those who never had to dream of it. We’ve all sweated like a pig and endured aches, all in the name of booty building squats for a bigger butt. But came out with nothing at the end. We’ve fallen prey to a lot of scams posing as body enhancing products along the way too.

Well, not anymore. I’m here with a simple but missed secret to the buttocks of your dreams. What is it? You might ask, Proper dieting (with the selected exercise). Yes, dieting. A lot of us have narrowed down the meaning of diet to just weight loss. When in fact, dieting is a practice of eating food in a regulated and supervised fashion to decrease, maintain, or increase body weight.

So you see. It could go two ways, for gain or loss. Now I know what you’re thinking, ‘eat well, eat enough to add in those areas. Yeah yeah been there, done that’. This is where many people get it wrong once again. They stuff themselves with unhealthy fatty food and junk, thinking by doing so they are gaining the fat they need in those areas. Wrong, that’s not it. What is ‘it’ then? Well, what it is, is eating the right food, and the right amount too.

How does this work??

Exercising and a proper diet goes hand in hand. You can’t be working to build a better butt and not consume the right food to go with it (it’ll end up reducing las las). These things help you build it. Protein, Carbs, and healthy fat should take up a good portion of your meals, to build more/ repair pounds of muscle. Although this takes time to achieve.

Here are 10 must-eat foods (that are easily available), that should be included in your diet alongside your workout routine to attain that ample behind.

  1. Beans

Beans is a legume, low in fat, and very high in fiber, including muscle-building protein. Legumes such as beans, peas, peanuts and the rest are a rich source of protein. We can find beans literarily everywhere you go, from big markets to small kiosks and on the shelves in supermarkets. This makes it a wonderful addition to the list.

  1. Milk

Full fat milk is a wonderful addition to your diet. It is rich in quality protein and a superb source of amino acid which aids the growth of lean muscle. Milk is an excellent after-workout drink, it helps in muscle repair and also strengthens our bones.

  1. Wara

Tofu (Popularly know as Wara in nigeria) is very popular (usually in the north) and versatile delicacy. It is made from condensed soy milk, which is pressed to resemble white blocks. Tofu is rich in Protein, Calcium, Magnesium, all these properties are essential in proper growth of your butt and hips.

  1. Eggs

Whole eggs are very healthy and contain amino acid plus vitamins which help build the right muscles to achieve a bigger butt. Eggs are also one of the best sources of protein.

  1. Fish

Fish is an excellent source of healthy fat which is essential in growing your butt and hips. An excellent example of some fish to add to your diet include Tilapia and Titus.

  1. Avocado

Avocados are very rich in healthy fats and minerals and vitamins. It also contains a suitable amount of amino acid that aids muscle growth. I know it has an odd taste but consider your bum bum.

  1. Oatmeal

This cereal contains fiber carbs which help increase body mass. Couple this with effective butt exercises to help grow and shape your butt. You can kuku combine it with milk ni.

  1. Potatoes (Sweet)

Potato is a great comfort food, it is very nutritious and densely loaded with carbs. This makes it a better choice instead of white rice. With the right exercise, you can fully maximize sweet potatoes’ properties to add mass to your butt.

  1. Nut butter

Butters from nuts like cashew, peanut, and almond are rich in healthy fat, which is very effective in building the right muscles for a bigger behind. It is also an excellent source of protein. P.s I’m in love with peanut butter

  1. Protein Powder

Finally, to top our list, the Baba! Protein powder can be blended in smoothies or milk to create a super drink for your goal. Taking a protein powder infused drink gives enough protein, which your body needs to properly build.

Last Note

Although the foods listed are full proof, they can only work with proper exercise targeting your butt or hips. Remember, genes have a major role to play in the size of your butt and it might be harder for some people to grow that ample behind.

But nonetheless, healthy eating and exercise did nobody harm.
